Fidel Budy

Fidel Budy, PhD, is a Director of Budy Consultancy International. He is social justice advocate with over 20 years of experience collaborating with individuals and communities to develop effective strategies to resist injustices. He is the author of the multiple-cited article, Political reactions from below to Sime Darby land grab: Generational shift, geographical reach, rural influencers and multi-stakeholder alliance, and has featured in publications such as The Conversation and The Journal of Sustainable Development.

Cynthia Kamara

Cynthia Kamara Obeng is a Director at Budy Consultancy International, where she leads on strategic planning and relationship building. With over 10-year experience in community organising, she specialises in developing collaborative approaches to delivering measurable impact on community cohesion, social justice and social mobility.

Manuela Fayorsey

Manuela Fayorsey is a geotechnical engineer who has lived and studied in Sheffield for the past few years, where she has developed a deep appreciation for the city’s diversity and community spirit. For the last five years, she has volunteered as Head of Media at her local church, leading a small team to manage digital content and live production. She brings experience of using creativity and communication to engage others and to bring people together.

Malaika Taylor

Malaika Taylor is a Media and Communications graduate from the University of Leeds. She has experience in radio and podcast production through her involvement with Leeds Student Radio and Leeds Hospital Radio, where she helped create engaging content for diverse audiences.
